If you’re working to make your social media publishing more accessible, Social News Desk has made it even easier to publish to multiple platforms at once while still offering alt text options for more networks!
Alt text entry is now available in Social News Desk for image posts on Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads and Bluesky, in addition to Facebook and X/Twitter. We know this has been a huge request from a number of customers, and we’re excited to roll out these additional accessibility tools.
Getting started is easy. Simply upload an image to the Post Composer, select the social network of your choice, and click the Edit button on your image.
Then, enter your alt text and click Save. It’s that simple!
