Social News Desk pricing is based on your user licenses. Paid plans start at $299/mo for an annual plan and range up to $399/mo for a monthly plan (includes two users). Custom solutions are available for organizations requiring 10+ users, which have their own unique pricing structure.

Yes, you’ll receive an email notification to warn you. You can cancel any time during your free trial to avoid any charges.

You can choose to pay for your plan on a monthly or annual basis. By selecting annual billing, you’ll receive a 25% discount. If you switch billing frequencies, any necessary prorations or refunds will be automatically applied.

Sales tax may apply depending on your billing address, which is how we determine the tax rate.

We understand that social media management needs change over time. Please contact our Customer Support team at  support@socialnewsdesk.com to add or remove user licenses or upgrade or downgrade your plan. If you pick monthly billing, your subscription is month-to-month, renewed automatically. If you pick annual billing, you’re committed for the next 12 months. The annual subscription is pre-paid for one year with a discount of up to 25% on your social media management cost of Social News Desk.
