The Test Drive Team has spent a week using the beta version of the new SND Dashboard, and the development team is already learning a lot from the users’ experiences.
In the past week, the development team has released a ton of new features, including post scheduling, tabs to create and work on multiple posts at once, the ability to post video to Twitter, and numerous small tweaks under the hood. SND’s developers have been in close contact with the Test Drive Team, giving them direct access to work through bugs side-by-side and help to get the new SND Dashboard in top form and ready for release.
Test Drive Team members had some great feedback for us this week, and SND’s VP of Engineering Aaron King revealed that there are a ton of new features in the works that are just around the corner. Some of the best-loved features from the current version of SND Dashboard will be coming soon a new, reimagined way – including Quick Posts and Twitter Lists.

King also said there’s a secret project in the works that is a direct result of SND’s status as a Facebook Media Solutions Partner, which will help our customers access more competitive data about the news industry. “We have a level of access through our Facebook partnerships that very few companies have,” King said.
Over the next week, the Test Drive Team will be continuing to test scheduling and reporting any bugs they find so that the SND Development Team can squash them!
